She has been teaching her floor barre method since 1987. The fruit of a multiple and educational artistic experience - while referring to Boris Kniassef's method - Laurence Fanon's floor barre allows you to specify and improve performance related to classical dance, flexibility and work on the outside, tonicity and lengthening of the muscles, rhythm and musicality in an atmosphere of relaxation and concentration.Allows children and teenagers a better understanding of their body image and adults a full body workout.
