- This programme is open to DARC members exclusively. Therefore, each participant must pay the membership fee of 14 € by 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, 12 August (MLC Belle-Isle).

Each participant must carry the membership card and the registration bracelet at all times. The membership card will be supplied on 12 August at 8:00 a.m. (upon final payment), and participants may be asked to present it at any time during the programme.
- Participants must supply 2 self-addressed, stamped envelopes and 2 ID photos (membership cards cannot be issued without photos)and the médical certificate.

Minors must have written authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.
Children under 13 will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- They be accompanied by one of their parents (or another adult designated by the parent) during the programme
- They provide written, parental authorisation upon registration, freeing DARC of any responsibility for them. - In order to attend the various shows during the festival (9:00 p.m. to midnight) and other excursions, minors must provide written, parental authorisation.
- The programme will not take responsibility for any bodily injury or material damage caused or suffered by any person, participant or companion, during a class, during a show, etc…. or during an excursion organised by the programme.
- Each participant should take out an insurance policy to cover these risks on a personal basis.

Registration is considered valid upon payment of a first instalment.
Upon cancellation (with a doctor’s note) up to 2 months before the programme, the participant will receive a refund of 50% of the first instalment. Cancellation up to 1 month before the programme, the DARC will retain 2/3 of the first payment. Up to 1 week before the programme, no refund is possible.
Once the programme has begun, no matter what the reason for stopping, no refund is possible.
Private insurance policies exist to cover these risks for the participants (illness, accident, death of a family member…). - Foreign payment: by money order. Any other form of payment will incur a fee of 20 € added to the total.
- All magnetic, photographic or video recording is prohibited during the programme.
- Participants may take written notes upon authorisation by the instructor
- The instructor has the right to refuse entry to any participant arriving late to class.
- DARC reserves the right to use photos and videos taken by its staff for promotional use.
- Smoking is totally prohibited in the classroom areas and in the lodgings.
- DARC is not responsible for theft or damage of any personal object belonging to participants. Management recommends that participants bring no such objects to the programme and that they take precautions with their possessions.
- Dogs are not admitted on the programme grounds or in the lodgings.
- DARC reserves the right to change the programme schedule at any time. This document is not contractual.
- Under extreme circumstances, DARC reserves the right to change the dates or cancel the programme. In the case of cancellation, programme fees will be reimbursed.
