Cartes Blanches is an anniversary event conceived as a moment of friendly and intimate reunion between several dancers who have marked the history of the Käfig company.
1996–2016: 20 years of encounters, of building, of milestones, of successes, of gestures, of words… 20 years danced by those who have lived the life of the company, from its beginnings to today.
The six dancers who journeyed from Käfig to Pixel, via Dix Versions and Corps est graphique, once again share the stage.
In an intimate, vintage living room setting, they reunite on stage to bear witness to a singular adventure — to share, through movement, moments of life and the memory of their bodies, in all simplicity.
Mourad Merzouki takes this anniversary as an opportunity to reflect on the path travelled and to pay tribute to those who have walked it alongside him.
