Attach two recent identity photos (membership cards will not be issued without photos) and a medical certificate (required).

Minors must have authorization from their parents or guardians and be over 12 years old. A parental authorization must be attached to the registration, relieving DARC of all liability.

Minors (in collective accommodation at the Lycée Naturapôlis) must have parental authorization to attend the various Festival shows (from 8 p.m. to midnight) and the various outings.

The course cannot be held liable for any bodily or material injury caused or suffered by any person, trainees and accompanying persons: during activities, shows, etc. as well as during travel caused by the course but also by non-compliance. instructions or inappropriate behavior during lessons.

It is advisable to have civil liability insurance during the internship if you want to cover these risks.

Only payment of the deposit makes registration final. In the event of withdrawal (with proof of a medical certificate) 2 months before the course, the deposit will be refunded at 50%.

Any magnetic, photographic or video recording is prohibited during the course unless exceptionally authorized by the course management.

The internship management is not responsible in the event of theft of trainees' personal items at the internship location and accommodation (collective and individual). It is therefore strongly recommended not to bring any valuable items and to be vigilant.
